To claim a refund: 

  • Share a mandatory unboxing video, clear images, and a brief description of the issue. 

  • Email us at info@sotrue.in with the subject line: “Refund for [Your Order ID]” within 24 hours of delivery. 

Here’s what else you need to know: 

  • If your package looks tampered or damaged, please do not accept it from the delivery partner. 

  • If your order is marked delivered but not received, please report it within 3 days. 

  • COD refunds will be processed to your bank account within 4–7 working days after approval. 

  • Prepaid order refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 working days from approval. 

  • Once your refund is initiated, we’ll share the transaction ID and confirmation via email. 

FAQs 

Q1. How long will it take to get my refund? 
For prepaid orders, refunds are credited within 5 working days after approval. 
For COD orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account within 4–7 working days after approval. You will be provided with all necessary refund details, including transaction ID and confirmation screenshots. 

Q2. Can I return or get a refund for a used product? 
No. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used products. Our policy only covers issues like leakage, breakage, wrong, or missing items. 

Q3. I placed the wrong order. How can I cancel it? 
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it by contacting our support team immediately. 
If it’s already shipped, you can refuse the delivery, and for prepaid orders, your refund will be processed once the product is returned to us.
