Shipping policy

At Sotrue, we aim to deliver your favorite products to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. 

Shipping Timeline 

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse across India via trusted courier partners. 

Please allow the following estimated delivery timelines: 

  • Metro Cities: 2–3 business days 

  • Other Parts of India: 2–5 business days 

  • North East & Jammu & Kashmir: Up to 7 business days 

Order deliveries are made between 9 AM – 8 PM, Monday to Saturday. An OTP may be required at the time of delivery. If you're unavailable, please ensure someone reliable like a family member, neighbor, or colleague can receive the parcel on your behalf. 

Important Notes 

  • We are not responsible for damage after delivery is completed. 

  • If the parcel is signed by someone else at the address, Sotrue is not liable for any issues. 

  • For any disputes related to prepaid orders, kindly reach out to us within 5 working days of receiving the product. We’re here to help. 

Shipping and handling charges may vary depending on your order's size, weight, or destination. These charges will be clearly mentioned during checkout before you make a payment.
