SHIPPING POLICY

• Free shipping on all Prepaid orders & COD orders.
• The above mentioned shipping costs are not valid for international shipments. All orders are shipped by a reputed shipping company. If your location is not serviced by our courier service providers, we will ship the order by registered speed post.

 
Note: Our courier partners will make 2 attempts to deliver the products. If they fail on each account for whatever reason, the package will be returned to us. To have us ship the order again, an extra shipping fee will be charged. This fee is not negotiable and we urge The Buyer to be available for the delivery or inform us beforehand in case of any special circumstances.

Cancellation of order

• You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped by sending us an email with your Order No.#. 
• A cancellation fee of Rs. 100 will be applicable on all orders. 
• An order cannot be cancelled once it has already been dispatched.
• If a product colour is out of stock, we may offer you an alternative colour option in advance.
• Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 2-3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund, and it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. You will be notified of the initiation of the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation
