The needles are sharp pokes to the depth. Does not bleed but you will feel the effect for a couple of days. That's the sign that it's working..

I totally like this serum it absorbs quickly with no added perfume smell only important ingredients, and comes with the well designed dropper for proper reach to roots.
I chose this instead of the derma roller seeing good reviews for this one and it's proven now after using. Stamp is easier to use for Hair growth on the head and the product is made of good quality with ease of holding and good built. Waiting to see results now. Will update :)
